Sunny works with multi-dimensional energy-healing methods during your healing or transformative session. She speaks with angels, sees fairies, spirit guides or animal guides and communicates with Source energy (The Universe, God, The Divine).

Sunny has been a medium and psychic nearly her entire life. The first occurrence she can remember is when she was 3 years young, able to see and communicate with fairies, animals, beings and people from beyond the veil.

When she went to get her Usui Reiki Master Level Certification, the Master Teacher Practitioner told Sunny that she’s had healing hands her entire life. When Sunny was a child, her palms would sweat, quite heavily around certain people - sometimes including family - mostly, it was at random. It could be out on a stroll in nature or even at the outdoor markets in Israel. This was a sign to her Master Teacher Practitioner that she had been a healer long before the certification.

After receiving her Reiki Master’s Certification, she received a reading from a Psychic Medium who said that she’s been a healer her entire life and throughout past lives - having lived since the 1400s (potentially earlier), practicing magic, healing, plants, herbs and natural healing methods or holistic practices throughout each life. She was told that the one and only lifetime she wasn’t killed through beheading, or burning at the stake was when she was practicing Chinese Medicine as a man in China; A traveller who journeyed to Japan and all over Asia, to bring healing and awareness to others. A well-known healer, who was “allowed” to practice due to his medical license, and never having been burned at the stake - lived till he was 100. The psychic also mentioned that she’s been a visionary and psychic in multiple lifetimes and serves as a messenger of great Divine messages in this lifetime - to help Guide others through healing, transformation and their unique Purpose in life.

What your session might look like:

• Hands-on OR hands-off healing.

  • Sunny practices energy healing methods that allow you to feel safe in the sacred space - whether in-person or digitally through Zoom.

• Every session begins with a Body Scan

  • Body Scans are a tool in energy medicine that can help determine where energy is stored, stagnant, moving, creative, lovely or aligned. Sometimes we have misaligned energy, and sometimes we have aligned energy. This Body Scan allows for Sunny to do the most in your energetic session, to ensure the success of your healing journey.

• Crystal and Earth Healing

  • Crystals are placed on your body to help move the energy, cleanse, clear, release and transform. Crystals can help surrender your energy to Divine Good.

  • Earth elements that call upon for your session help clear, move and transform energy (similar to crystals). Earth elements may look like wood, pinecones, cedar, flower petals, river rocks and other.

• Aura Cleansing

  • Aura Cleansing is a practice that is used to cleanse and wash away any energies stuck or floating around in your Aura. We pick up energies from all around, and as we pick up other energies, we also send out an electromagnetic field from our hearts and our brains. Just like we send out a signal, so does everything and everybody else. This can help RESET your energy and is ALWAYS done at the end of your healing session (and sometimes during).

• Sound Healing and Vibrational Healing

  • Sound healing practices have been used for centuries to help heal, transform, know, move or create energy, lift the spirits, and connect with the Divine, Ancestors, Spirit Guides and Animal Guides. Sound and Vibrational Healing have been used for over 40,000 years for all of the purposes above, as well as to convey, to receive messages, and in ceremony.

    • Sound healing has been used in by Indigenous peoples all over the world.

    • Sound healing has been used in Tibet, Ancient Greece, Africa, India, China, Japan and more.

    • In China, India and Japan, sound is used by vocal vibrations, to move energy throughout the body, embrace new energy, and let go of stagnant/release un-serving energy.

• Pulling

  • which refers to a process of pulling stagnant or unwanted energy out of the body and guiding you to clearing, healing and moving past any blockages that may be stopping you from achieving your dreams, goals and desires.

• Chanting

  • Chanting aids in clearing energy.

  • Occasionally custom affirmations are sung and included in your process.
    

• Grounding

  • We complete each session with a grounding exercise to ensure that you’re successful moving forward in the rest of your day.

I felt high after our session. It felt close to a mushroom trip, and it lasted for 3-4 days.
It was the good kinda of high, where I was high on life, enjoying life, and Sunny guided my neck pain away. Everything that I was carrying previously, all the heavy energy, had been released.

What you need to know:

• Drink tons of water the day before your session, the morning of, and after your session.

• Bring an item that means a lot to you - if you wish - to your session. Some items can be too large too bring, use your discretion. Please, no dangerous goods or firearms.

Embracing the Tools (and the Magic):

• On occasion, Divination tools such as Dowsing Rods are used during a session if called upon, either by your Highest Self, Your Guides or someone who wants to get in touch with you - a close parent, relative or friend from beyond, who’s passed away.
  

Sessions can range from an hour to an hour and a half.
Please have time blocked off for an hour and a half just in case.
